Insurance

We do not file insurance but will provide you with an invoice that contains the necessary information your insurance company will need from you to file the claim.

Under some circumstances, payment arrangements may be available.

Fees

Our typical fee is $180 per session. However, we don’t want the fees for counseling to prevent you from getting help. If you cannot afford this fee, financial assistance is available. If you qualify, the fee can be reduced. This reduced fee is based on your income and family sized.



 Testing Fees

$300.00 MMPI-2 Personnel Screening.

$200.00 for Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) Screening.

$600.00 for Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) Evaluation.

$900.00 for Evaluation for Gifted & Talented.

$1,800.00 for Full Psychoeducational/Academic Testing.

Reports are generally finished within three weeks following the completion of the testing and obtained during a one-hour feedback session. If there is a rush to have the report earlier than three weeks, the report can be rushed for an additional $200.00 fee.
